Fitz-Ritter Ice Wine Harvest

2007 Harvest - 2005 Harvest

On December 21, 2004 between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. our Riesling Ice Wine grapes were hand picked under ideal conditions. Under a clear sky, the temperature fell to minus 9° Celsius (= 16° Fahrenheit).

Result: 400 Liters Riesling Ice Wine with 155° Öchsle (= 35° Brix)
